Made in-house, our BOSS SAUCE is known throughout the region for the touch of Vietnamese spices we add to a traditional Southern garlic butter. National outlets have taken to calling it VietCasian cooking, but those of us back home know that it's a central part of our culinary identity.

For years, we've brought our cooking to competitions and local bars throughout the Houston area. Our Cajun seafood boils are always a big hit, bringing communities together over steaming pots of delicious mussels, crawfish, and more. We also regularly host pop-ups that showcase the culinary side of Heads & Tails Seafood, bringing our gumbo, boudin, tacos, and more to local events.
